Daddy's Boys

I think if I could pick a time when I am the happiest, it is when I am watching Ryan with our boys. No exception, it melts my heart every time. I don't know what it is... something about seeing this big guy kiss ouchies and play cars on the floor just makes me smile.

Every day, Nathan sits in the windowsill waiting for "Daddy's Green SUV." There are even days when he is in the windowsill, with hours to go until Ryan gets home, and he refuses to gets down. He just wants to wait for Daddy. And then the look in his eyes when he sees Daddy pull up. He jumps down off the windowsill, runs to the door (practically tripping over his feet), and opens the door with a "Hi!" and a HUGE smile.

And Keaton gets so excited to see Daddy, and loves to be held. He seems to love being perched in Ryan's arms. Kind of like it is a safe place from which to watch the world. These are my favorite pictures of Ryan and Keaton.
